O artigo 1 do Decreto-Lei n 41387 abrange as pensões de aposentação dos funcionarios judiciais, pelo que as mesmas devem ser computadas em função da escala geral dos vencimentos dos funcionarios civis do Estado, definida no artigo 12 do Decreto-Lei n 26115.
