By order of January 8, 2020, of the Prosecutor General, the Office of Collective and Diffuse Interests is extinguished. The competences that were attributed to the Office of Collective and Diffuse Interests are now the responsibility of the Central Department of State Litigation and Collective and Diffused Interests [1].
